Coaching software for strength coaches and personal trainers

Granite for coaches — your coaching, run across your whole roster and reviewed by you

Your methodology. Your brand. Every client, every week.

You set how you coach; it drafts every client's week from that. You read the queue on Monday, approve or override, and it goes out under your name.

Not for you if you write every session by hand, or coach mostly in the room.

Review queue · Monday Three clients
James W. · Back squat 110kg105kg

Missed reps at RPE 9, two sessions running — deload triggered.

Priya S. · Overhead press 40kg32.5kg

Pain flagged — backing the load off.

Marcus O. · Deadlift 145kg140kg

You overrode this. Holding at 140.

The hours are the ceiling

You can coach thirty people well, or three hundred badly. Nothing in between, and no software has moved it. Software only ever gave you a nicer place to build the same programme by hand, one client at a time.

The clients you'd take if you had the time are the ones you turn away.

Not for you, still, if you'd rather write every session yourself. For you if your roster has grown past what you can programme by hand, one plan at a time — the clients you'd take if you had the hours.

Why the hours never moved with software →

Drafted by your parameters. Sent by you.

Your programming, not a template

Most coach apps are a template with a login and your name on the loading screen. This is your programming, applied to each client's actual week, with your name on every session.

Build once, reuse when it fits

Build a session structure once, then reuse it for every client it suits, or hand the whole thing to a cohort in one action — still drafted against each one's own numbers, still yours to override before it goes out. Skip it, and every client still drafts straight from your parameters, same as always.

You review, you override

Nothing reaches a client you haven't seen. Override a decision and your value stands; the proposal stays on record, so you can see where the engine's default and your judgement part ways — and adjust your own weightings if it keeps happening.

Live the same day

Sign up, answer four questions, invite your first client. The engine drafts their week from your parameters the same day.

How your coaching gets in

Setup is four questions: what the lifting is for, what your clients' weeks look like, where you like reps to sit. That sets your parameters. The engine drafts every client's week from them; you review everything, you stay the coach.

Your clients log on their phone, under your name — nothing to install.

Parameters, not a model

You are not training a black box on your clients. You set nine movement-pattern weightings and a rep range once — how much you lean on each pattern, how you like reps to sit — and every client's week is drafted from that shape.

Every proposed change lands in your queue with the reason behind it, so you can trace it, approve it or override it. Nothing drifts, and nothing about how you coach leaves your hands.

How it's tested →

Every client, at a glance

Open a client and the load is already charted. Sessions done are counted against sessions sent. Message them directly, or message a whole cohort in one thread — not a CRM bolted on.

Charted straight from what they logged — no separate spreadsheet, no export.
Roster Adherence
Sam R. 86%

Week 6 of 12 · message sent Tuesday: “keep the tempo controlled on the eccentric.”

Priya S. 100%

Week 3 of 12 · nothing missed yet.

Marcus O. 61%

Week 9 of 12 · two sessions behind — worth a message before the next review.

What it actually looks like

Not a mockup. Your Monday queue, one client's programme, and what a client sees on their phone.

Review queue · live in the app Priya S.
Bench press 8 × 45kg8 × 47.5kg

Cleared it at RPE 7.8 — adding load. This is the actual rule, on the actual number, not a mockup of one.

The review queue: three clients ready to review, and a week's proposals for Priya Shah — bench press drafted 8 × 45kg, proposed 8 × 47.5kg, with approve and override.
The Monday queue
One client's page: week 11 of 12, 100% adherence, main-lift loads charted across the programme, and the weeks laid out one by one.
One client, at a glance
A client's session on their phone under the coach's name: a note from the coach, each exercise with its sets, RPE and rest, and one set open to log.
What your client sees

The clients you turn away become clients you keep

Coached under your programming, reviewed by you — without an added hour. That's a roster the calendar was quietly costing you.

And they never see Granite. It runs under your name — your own accent colour and logo, carried through to their side of the app. To your clients it's still you — just across more of them than a week has room for.

Your clients already pay for programmes that never adapt. Yours will.

Not every client comes by referral

app.granite.coach/coaches is a public directory. List yourself, and a prospective client can find your profile before they've ever spoken to you.

Enquiries land in your inbox

A prospective client sees your profile and sends an enquiry. It lands in your leads inbox, not a booking — you decide who becomes a client, same as ever.

A plan, priced and for sale

Wrap one of your own written plans into a fixed-price package and it's requestable straight off your profile — no separate storefront, no account for them to make first. They ask, you take the payment however you already do, then bring them in.

Listing is optional. Stay off the directory and nothing about how you already work changes.

Everything, in the one plan

No add-ons, no feature tiers. Every plan is the whole product — the tiers only change how many clients it runs across.

Drafted weeks

Every client’s week, drafted from your parameters.

Free to set up, free right now — Granite's in a founding beta and nothing is charged yet. Your clients pay you, not us — we take no cut of what they pay you. Most coaching software does.

Set what you charge each client and track who's paid, who's due and who you've waived — a real ledger, not a spreadsheet. (How the payment itself gets collected today: see the FAQ below.)

The questions coaches ask

What if I disagree with what it proposes?
Override it. Your value goes out, and the proposal stays on record next to it — so you can see where the engine's default and your judgement part ways, and adjust your own weightings if it keeps happening.
Will my clients know it isn't me?
They see your name, and nothing reaches them you haven't approved. Granite isn't mentioned anywhere they look.
Who owns the data?
You do — your parameters, your clients' logs and notes. Email us and we'll send you the lot. Remove a client and their data goes with them.
Where is it stored, and is it secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Injury notes are health data and are treated as such: we act as your processor under UK GDPR, and the agreement is in the terms.
How long does setup take?
Four questions about how you programme — about two minutes. Your first client can be live the same hour.
What does it cost per client?
Nothing. The price is per coach.
Can I cancel?
Any time — nothing is charged during the founding beta. Ask for your data before you go and it's yours.
Does it replace me?
No. It drafts; you decide. Every week still goes out reviewed.
How is this different from a template, or writing it myself?
A template doesn't know what a client actually logged last week. Writing it yourself doesn't scale past the hours you have. This drafts from your own parameters, adjusts to what happened, and still waits for your review before anything goes out.
Do I have to list myself on the directory?
No — app.granite.coach/coaches is opt-in. List yourself if you want new clients finding you there; skip it and nothing about how you already work changes.
Can I actually get paid through Granite?
You can track what each client owes and who's paid. Taking the payment itself isn't automated yet — keep collecting however you do today.
